Can I make an appointment over the phone or email?

All appointments our made through our email at roccitylovehate@gmail.com, or right here on the website.

A non-refundable appointment fee must be left  and confirmed before we can reserve your appointment.

Walk ins are first come first serve.

 

Why do I need to leave an

appointment fee?

The appointment fee is used to reserve your appointment with your artist, who will tattoo said client on the agreed day & time, and thus the appointment fee will be subtracted after the final appointment has ended

 

What if I need to reschedule my appointment?

Should you need to reschedule your appointment, you must do so in person, email, or via phone. PLEASE DO NOT cancel/reschedule through Facebook or any other social media. A minimum of 24 hours is required to apply your appointment fee to a future appointment

 

Do you take walk-in’s?

Yes, we encourage you to come in at your convenience, however not every idea is suitable to be tattooed as a walk-in. Walk-ins are handled on a first come first served basis. If we cannot make your idea happen as a walk-in, we will be more than happy to make an appointment for you

 

What forms of payment to you take?

We happily accept cash, Venmo, or PayPal as forms of payment

 

Should I leave a tip?

Tipping is always appreciated but not required

 

How old do you have to be ? What if my parent signs for me?

NYS LAW STATES YOU MUST BE 18+ WITH A VAILD PHOTO ID TO GET TATTOOED. NO EXCEPTIONS, INCLUDING PARENTAL CONSENT

 

Can I bring my child with me?

No, it’s an adult atmosphere

 

Why do I have to wait so long to get in with an artist?

Our artists are all uniquely talented and in great demand. I assure you that when you do get in you will be very pleased and happy you waited

Do you tattoo eyebrows?

No, we do not do cosmetic tattooing

 

Do you do piercing or Tattoo removal?

No, we do not do piercings.

We also work very closely with a reputable laser technician, please call us for details

 

Do you sell gift certificates?

Yes, gift certificates are available in any denomination

 

How do I take care of my new tattoo?

Before you leave, we will explain in detail, as well as give you an aftercare sheet with printed instructions on how to take care of your new tattoo. You can always call any time during normal business hours if you have questions

 

Can I see my drawing ahead of time?

We will create a drawing for you as long as you have an appointment fee and appointment. You will be able to see your drawing the day of said appointment. Alterations can be made at that time. If a major change is needed, we will reschedule at our earliest convenience
